Cylinder & PTO Service: Repairs and Rebuild

Preventive maintenance means long life and less down time. We can service and repair all types of cylinders, PTO pumps and valves and then test them to manufacturers specifications on our Schroeder HTB-100 test rig.

System Flushing
HYD L1
Hydraulic system cleanliness is probably the most under estimated important part of a hydraulic system. FKG uses only the best hydraulic oils and fluids such as Shell. We drain, flush, bleed and filter down to 5 microns where a multi-stage flushing process is used. (Multiple flushing with lower grade fluids to clean, and then replacement with higher quality oils), and we also dispose of all oil fluids waste in an environmental friendly manner.
